Yixin Chen was born in 1987. He received PhD from the Beijing University of Technology in 2015, China. He is a lecture of Transport Engineering in school of highway at Chang’an University now. Dr. Chen is engaged in research on traffic safety improvement and has published over 10 journal and major conference papers.
