    Qiu received the B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D degrees in transportation engineering from Chang’an University, Xi’an, China, in 2000, 2003, and 2008.

Dr. Qiu is doctoral supervisor, master supervisor, who is a Professor in the graduate fields of 1)Transportation systems, 2)Logistics Engineering. His research focuses on transportation system, environment(vehicle emission and air quality), and sustainable development.
