Xu jiangbo, male, born in 1985, graduated from China university of geosciology (Beijing) with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering in 2008,graduated from Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics, chinese Academy of sciences with a master's degree in geotechnical engineering in 2011,graduated from Institute Of Geology and Geophysics,CAS with a doctor's degree in geological engineering in 2014.Currently,regrad as an associate professor and master director of chang 'an university, mainly engaged in teaching and scientific research of geotechnical engineering and tunnel engineering.Presided over and participated in more than 10 research projects, including:

(1) The law of disaster caused by slip of loess slope and the effect of disaster chain should be studied. It establishes a disaster model of slip chain on loess slope, analyzes its dynamic characteristics such as scale, speed, slip distance and disaster causing range, reveals the effective response of slip disaster chain on loess slope under the coupling of internal and external stresses, and expounds the law of slip disaster causing on loess slope under major engineering conditions.

(2) Study on evaluation system of health monitoring index of special roadbed during its whole life. Taking the soft soil subgrade of expressway as a typical object, it analyzes the deformation development law of the whole system of soft soil subgrade, and puts forward the safety evaluation method of the soft soil subgrade during its whole life.

(3) Study on dynamic failure mechanism and deformation characteristics of soft rock. Blasting vibration is analyzed under the action of phyllite dynamic damage mechanism and deformation characteristics of phyllite are simulated by the dynamic evolution process, determine the phyllite dynamic damage deformation influence factors, puts forward the dynamic damage evolution phyllite constitutive equation, build the phyllite stiffness and strength degradation of elastoplastic dynamic damage model, reveals the phyllite dynamic damage mechanism, puts forward the phyllite structural plane under the action of dynamic load regularity of deformation evolution;

(4) Study on the dynamic fracture mechanism of thousandite. With throughout the structure in the established the simplified model phyllite, from phyllite force problem, the characteristic of the opposite sex to consider its fracture dynamics to study the related theory, through the fracture dynamics analysis, laboratory test and numerical simulation, establish phyllite in power under the action of mechanical damage model, finally be phyllite under dynamic action of mechanical failure mechanism.

  More than 20 research papers have been published in domestic and foreign open core journals such as Chinese Journal of Geotechnical Engineering, Chinese Journal of Underground Space and Engineering, Rock and Soil Mechanics, Journal of Engineering Geology, many of which have been included by Ei. By the people's communications press published a monograph rock mass mechanics. Obtained a number of patents.
