Dr Lei is an Associate  professor of ore geology, School of Earth Science and Resources, Chang'an University.

He received his  PhD (2012) in  Nanjing University.


He has published 30 plus papers in international acdamic journals, including first authored papers publised inPrecambrian Research》、《Lithos》、Ore Geology Reviews》、Gondwana Research》、Journal of Asian Earth Sciences》、《International Geology Reviews》、《Geological Journal》、《ACTA GEOLOGICA SINICA (English edition).

Research Interest: Ore geology, petrology

Research focus at Present:Iron formation, Granitiods and the related mineraliztion, Formation and evolution of the crust in the west China and Central Asian Orogenic Belt
