Liu Chunli, female, born in Yuanping Shanxi, associate professor. She  graduated from Xi'an Highway College in 1984 with a major in financial  accounting,and then she graduated from the English Department of Xi'an  International Studies University in 1990 with a major in English Literature. She  is currently a teacher and a master’s tutor of the Department of Public  Administration of the School of Public Administration and Laws of Chang'an  University. She has been a visiting scholar at the University of Rotterdam in  the Netherlands, and was invited by the Ministry of Communication of People’s  Republic of China to serve as the interpreter of the delegation group to the  United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Brazil.
