高捷，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，日本学术振兴会（JSPS）特任研究员。博士毕业于荷兰乌特勒支大学（Utrecht University）。研究方向和兴趣主要包括：交通行为分析与建模，城市与交通系统分析；交通路网设计；国土空间与交通规划，城市计算与空间优化交叉研究等。在上述领域以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文10余篇，论文主要发表在Transportation Research Part A, D, Transportation, Journal of Transport Geography, Cities等国际TOP/中科院一区期刊上。同时担任众多交通规划领域权威期刊、国际会议审稿人，Transportation Research Part D 客座编辑等。连续多年受邀参加国际学术会议并做报告。目前与荷兰、日本、卢森堡、德国、及中国香港等国家和地区在交通规划、公共健康等领域的专家学者保持密切联系，并具备了前期合作基础。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目，陕西省自然科学基金，日本学术振兴会（JSPS）特任研究员等国内外多项课题。
