个人简介

个人简介

二级教授,博士生导师,国务院特殊津贴专家,1964年9月出生,1985、1988、1996年分别于西安交通大学获学士、硕士和博士学位,1997-1999年西安电子科技大学博士后。1999年任西安电子科技大学副教授。2003-2004年上海高德威智能交通公司任总工。2004年至今,先后任长安大学副教授、教授、博导。曾任西安市政府参事。

研究领域与学术贡献

主要研究领域为图像/视频技术及其在ITS中的应用、非线性图像处理理论及技术、图像处理与人工智能、智能交通理论及关键技术等。目前聚焦基于机器视觉的交通感知及交通预警方向,将人工智能与传统交通工程深度融合,形成“感知-分析-决策”的全链条技术体系。

长期深耕基于图像和视频的目标检测、分析、识别和跟踪技术,先后主持国家、省部级和产业化研究项目20余项。获国家发明专利30余件(其中大多获得产业化应用),开发的“汽车牌照识别系统”在国内首次实现了产业化应用,并成为主流产品,开发的视频事件检测系统也成功实现了产业化,目前已在国内大量推广应用。先后获国家科学技术进步二等奖1项,陕西省科学技术一等奖1项,中国公路学会科学技术特等奖1项,国防科学技术二等奖1项,山西省科学技术三等奖1项,中国公路学会科学技术三等奖1项,陕西省自然科学学术论文三等奖1项,上海市发明创造专利奖1项。

目前,致力构建多模态交通数据融合分析平台,推动智能交通检测技术从单一设备向系统级解决方案升级。

科研项目与产业化成果

高效图象压缩编码技术:作为核心成员参与的项目获国防科技进步二等奖,相关技术成功应用于我国探月计划,为深空探测数据传输提供关键支撑。

高速公路汽车牌照识别系统:主持研发的系统获上海市发明创造专利奖和陕西省科技进步三等奖,形成5项专利和2项软件著作权,其产业化成果“高德威牌照识别系统”已成为国内知名品牌,市场占有率长期位居前列。

交通参数及交通事件检测系统:基于视频分析技术开发的系统通过国家交通安全设施质量检测认证,在全国隧道安全监测、高速公路管理等场景广泛应用。

公安车辆智能检测记录系统:被列为上海技术成果转换项目,已在全国多个公安交通管理部门部署。

桥梁层析成像检测技术:作为技术负责人完成的“稀土换能器及系统集成”项目获2010年陕西省科技进步一等奖。

学术成果与行业影响

近年来,在《IEEE TPAMI》《IEEE TITS》《自动化学报》《通信学报》等国内外权威期刊及《CVPR》、《ECCV》、《ICCV》等国际顶级会议发表论文80余篇。其团队研发的基于机器视觉的交通感知技术入选《中国智能交通技术发展蓝皮书》,相关算法被纳入3项行业标准。

作为行业领军人物,积极推动产学研融合,与华为、海康威视等企业建立联合实验室,主导开发的“智能交通事件检测云平台”已在全国15个省份落地,年处理交通视频数据超10PB,为智慧城市建设提供重要技术支撑。

社会职务

作为无党派代表人士,积极参政议政,曾兼任西安市政府参事、陕西省监察厅特邀监察员、中国知识界协会理事等,现兼任陕西省图形图象学会副理事长。

1988.9-1993.9,西安公路学院信控系,讲师;1997.1- 1999.6,西安电子科技大学,博士后;1999.7-2003.8,西安电子科技大学,副教授;2001.6-2004.11,上海高德威智能交通有限公司,总工程师;2004.12-现在,先后任长安大学副教授、教授(2006.6-)、博导(2006.11-)、二级教授(2014.11-)。先后任长安大学信息学院副院长(2007.12-2011.11)、院长(2011.11-2018.6)、信网处处长(2018.7-2022.12)。
