柳家齐，男，1995年生，中共党员，博士毕业于厦门大学航空航天学院，现为长安大学汽车学院专任教师。主要从事低空运载工具设计、飞行器空气动力学、气动外形优化等方面研究。在Aerospace Science and Technology，Chinese Journal of Aeronautics，Physic of Fluids、航空学报等本领域权威期刊上发表论文10余篇，授权国家发明专利3项。先后主持/参与了国家自然科学基金项目、航空科学基金项目、旋翼空气动力学国家重点实验室项目、陕西省博士后科研项目等。
