个人简介

江德印,199511月生,博士。202412月于西北工业大学航空学院取得航空宇航科学与技术专业博士学位。长期围绕机电系统可靠性分析、运动机构设计与多体动力学建模优化、不确定性量化与控制、物理融合代理模型智能算法等方向开展研究。以第一或通讯作者发表学术论文30余篇,其中中科院一区TOP论文13篇,二区4,涵盖可靠性工程、航空工程、失效分析、不确定性建模与智能优化等领域。相关成果发表于《Reliability Engineering & System Safety》(IF=13.7)、《Engineering Failure Analysis》(IF=7.0)、《Chinese Journal of Aeronautics》(IF=6.9、《Probabilistic Engineering Mechanics》(IF=4.1)、《Quality and Reliability Engineering International》、《机械工程学报》等期刊,并在PHMICRMS等国际会议展示交流;获得2026年空天前沿大会最佳论文和优秀论文各1篇,入选汽车学院优秀青年人才培育计划。团队研究的相关方法已在飞机锁类机构、绞车绳索机构、扑翼飞行器驱动系统、阻力伞锁系统、航天阀及滚动轴承等对象的可靠性设计、性能退化分析、寿命预测与运维评估中验证应用,为复杂装备可靠性提升与全生命周期成本优化提供了方法支撑。

研究领域

本人长期围绕机电系统可靠性、机构性能退化、多体动力学建模、不确定性量化与物理融合智能代理模型开展研究,重点面向航空、航天及复杂装备关键机构的可靠性建模、寿命预测、灵敏度分析、健康管理与优化设计等问题,致力于解决多源损伤耦合、非均匀磨损、随机载荷、不确定性传播、性能退化预测与小样本可靠性评估等关键难题,为复杂装备全生命周期可靠性提升和智能化设计提供理论方法与技术支撑。研究方向主要分为四个方面:

1. 机电系统可靠性分析

围绕复杂机电系统在长期服役过程中的性能退化、损伤累积与失效演化问题,开展可靠性建模、寿命预测与剩余寿命评估研究。针对非均匀磨损、冲击变形、多渐变损伤耦合、多源不确定性传播及性能退化演化等问题,建立面向复杂装备关键机构的可靠性分析方法,并在飞机舱门锁、飞机锁类机构、阻力伞锁系统、飞机铰链机构等对象中开展验证应用。

2. 运动机构设计与多体动力学建模优化

面向航空航天复杂运动机构的可靠性设计与动态性能优化需求,开展机构运动学、多体动力学、接触磨损与性能退化耦合建模研究。重点关注多转动副机构、扑翼飞行器驱动机构、舱门锁闭机构、阻力伞锁机构及航天阀试验夹具等对象,分析机构在复杂载荷、随机振动、接触磨损和多源损伤作用下的动态响应与功能退化规律。

3. 不确定性量化与控制

针对复杂机电系统中制造误差、材料参数、环境载荷、摩擦系数、磨损速率、失效阈值及模型参数等多源不确定性因素,开展不确定性传播、可靠性评估、灵敏度分析与不确定性控制研究。相关工作包括多渐变损伤下的不确定性量化模型、复杂航空机构全局灵敏度分析方法、非均匀磨损不确定性控制方法,以及基于改进 Weibull 分布、广义置信区间和随机过程模型的可靠性评估方法。

4. 物理融合的代理模型智能算法

围绕复杂可靠性分析中高维变量、昂贵仿真、小样本数据和非线性退化过程带来的计算效率与预测精度问题,开展物理机理融合的代理模型与智能算法研究。重点发展自适应 Kriging、动态重采样、概率空间分解、物理约束代理模型和数据驱动可靠性评估框架,用于提高复杂机构磨损退化、滚动轴承可靠性分析和多损伤耦合性能退化评估的效率与精度。
