个人简介江德印,1995年11月生,博士。2024年12月于西北工业大学航空学院取得航空宇航科学与技术专业博士学位。以第一或通讯作者发表学术论文18篇,其中SCI收录10篇(含中科院一区期刊6篇,二区2篇,涵盖可靠性、航空工程领域顶刊Reliability Engineering & System Safety、Chinese Journal of Aeronautics和Engineering Failure Analysis)、EI收录5篇(含《中国机械工程》等核心期刊及IEEE PHM系列国际会议);研究成果多次在ICRMS、IEEE PHM等国际权威会议展示,相关方法已在飞机锁类机构、扑翼飞行器驱动系统、航天阀等部件的可靠性设计与运维中验证应用,有效支撑了航空装备可靠性水平提升与全生命周期成本优化。 社会职务Reliability Engineering & System Safety,Engineering Failure Analysis,Probabilistic Engineering Mechanics、Chinese Journal of Aeronautics、Quality and Reliability Engineering International等高水平期刊审稿人。 研究领域本人长期深耕机械系统可靠性与性能退化分析领域,重点围绕航空、航天和兵器船舶等领域等装备关键部件的可靠性建模、寿命预测、不确定性控制及健康管理开展系统性研究,致力于解决多因素耦合下装备失效机理复杂、可靠性评估方法适用性、剩余寿命预测难等难题,为复杂装备全生命周期可靠性提升提供理论方法与技术支撑。 研究方向聚焦三大核心领域,各领域均形成从基础理论到工程应用的完整研究链条: 1. 多源损伤与多源不确定性因素耦合的可靠性建模 针对机械系统常见的“多渐变损伤(如非均匀磨损、冲击变形、蠕变变形、疲劳裂纹扩展、腐蚀)伴随多源不确定性因素(如制造公差、环境载荷、设计参数和失效边界)”耦合失效难题,突破传统单因素或零部件、单一评估框架的局限。提出“多渐变损伤耦合机制与不确定性量化模型”,可精准描述损伤与系统性能退化的交互作用;建立“多源不确定性因素的随机性传递分析方法”,有效量化多源不确定性对系统可靠性的影响。相关多个成果发表于可靠性领域顶刊《Reliability Engineering & System Safety》(中科院一区TOP,IF=11.0),为复杂机械系统的失效机理建模与可靠性评估提供了解决思路。 2. 航空关键机构寿命预测与健康管理 以航空装备高可靠性需求部件为研究载体,重点攻克飞机舱门锁、扑翼飞行器驱动机构、阻力伞锁系统等关键机构的寿命预测难题。针对飞机舱门锁机构“频繁开闭导致的磨损-性能退化”问题,建立基于改进Weibull分布的可靠性演化模型,解决传统分布对退化后期数据拟合精度不足的缺陷;针对扑翼飞行器驱动机构“非均匀载荷下的竞争失效”问题,提出融合竞争失效机制与动态载荷特征的剩余寿命评估方法;针对飞机铰链机构“小样本退化数据”问题,开发基于广义置信区间(GPQ)的可靠性评估技术。相关成果已在《Chinese Journal of Aeronautics》(中科院一区TOP,IF=5.7)、《Engineering Failure Analysis》(中科院一区,IF:5.7)与《Probabilistic Engineering Mechanics》(中科院二区,JCR Q1)等期刊发表,部分方法已应用于航空装备运维阶段的健康状态监测。 3. 不确定性控制与灵敏度分析 围绕机械系统可靠性优化设计的“关键影响因素识别难、不确定性控制精度低”问题,开展研究。提出“基于自适应Kriging模型的动态重采样策略”,在滚动轴承可靠性分析中实现“计算效率提升30%+评估精度保持95%以上”的平衡;开发“复杂航空机构全局灵敏度分析方法”,可精准识别多渐变损伤对飞机锁类机构性能的关键影响因子(如摩擦系数、载荷边界);建立“扑翼飞行器驱动机构非均匀磨损不确定性控制模型”,为装备设计阶段的参数优化提供量化依据。相关成果发表于《Chinese Journal of Aeronautics》(中科院一区TOP,IF=5.7)、《Drones》(中科院二区,JCR Q1)与《Quality and Reliability Engineering International》(JCR Q2)等期刊,为机械系统可靠性优化设计提供了高效分析工具。 开授课程科研项目主持科研项目: 1.
