个人简介

·牛 明 博:“长安学者”特聘教授,交通-能源、车辆-动力、电气-微网等交叉领域知名专家,博士生导师、硕士研究生导师陕西省“交通-能源-信息”多网融合与自洽技术创新引智基地主任,IVR低碳交通实验室与微纳米试验空间负责人,兼任英联邦授权工程师(国际认可)、中国通信学会CIC物联网委员会专业委员、IEEE Young Professionals、和中国公路学会高级会员。先后入选中央高校、省部级高层次人才支持计划(千人)等多个人才项目,曾荣获中国留学基金委员会国家优秀留学生称号且报道于《神州学人》。国内师从西北工业大学徐德民教授(中国工程院院士、水下航行器专家、全国科学大会奖和国家科技进步一等奖得主),曾于国家级重点实验室担任科学研究员。


于国外分获应用科学/哲学博士(师从国际电气与电子工程师学会RCC主席、加拿大首席Research Chair、IEEE Fellow、AIAA Fellow J.Z.Cheng教授,APEGBC President's工程与地质科学杰出教育家、加拿大工程教育奖得主、FEC Fellow J.F.Holzman教授)、和出站博士后(师从IEEE KS学会主席、韩国KOFST总统科技金奖、三星电子国际最佳成果奖得主Il M. Kim教授)。已发表高质量学术论文与刊物著作50余篇(三十五篇为一作工作),包括IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing、IEEE Transactions on Communications、IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems、OSA Optics Express, Electric Power System Research、Journal of Supercritical Fluids、IEEE Sensors Journal、IEEE/OSA JOCN、IEEE Communications Letters、IEEE Access、JMSE、Energy Re.等国际顶级期刊,一作成果荣获IEEE无线光通信-最佳论文荣誉(全球迄今仅五篇同类论文获此殊荣)。
