个人简介

·牛 明 博:“长安学者”特聘教授,交通-能源、车辆-动力、电气-微网多领域知名专家,博士生导师、硕士研究生导师陕西省“交通-能源-信息”多网融合与自洽技术创新引智基地主任,IVR低碳交通实验室与微纳米试验空间负责人,中国CIC物联网委员会委员和中国公路学会高级会员。荣获中国国家优秀留学生称号且报道于《神州学人》。师从中国工程院院士徐德民教授,曾于国家级重点实验室担任科学研究员。


已发表高质量学术论文与刊物著作50余篇(三十三篇为一作工作),包括IEEE Transactions on Communications,IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems、OSA Optics Express, Electric Power System Research、Journal of Supercritical Fluids、IEEE Sensors Journal、IEEE Communications Letters、IEEE Access、JMSE、Energy Re.等国际顶级期刊,一作成果荣获IEEE无线光通信-最佳论文荣誉(全球迄今仅五篇同类论文获此殊荣)。)任牛津大学出版社精品教材编审专家,Wiley SCI国际期刊首席特邀客座主编,任欧盟In-Tech学术出版社“先进电路系统项目特邀主编,第三届智能交通系统与智慧城市国际会议大会主席,多家IEEE国际会议专业技术委员会(Technical  Program Committee)技术委员,先后担任Science China(《中国科学英文版)、IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing(TSP)、Applied Energy(AE)、IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Vehicles(TIV)、IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications (JSAC)、IEEE Wireless Communications Letters(WCL)、Journal of the Optical Society of America A(JOSA A等20余个IEEE,OSA,Elsevier等SCI国际顶级期刊审稿专家。
