  2013年7月毕业于西北工业大学，获得理学学士学位；

  2018年12月毕业于西北工业大学，获得理学博士学位。

高普阳，1991年9月生，陕西西安人。2013年西北工业大学数学与应用数学专业学士毕业，2018年西北工业大学数学专业博士毕业。2014年8月至2015年8月，受国家留学基金委联合培养博士项目资助，赴美国加州大学欧文分校(University of California, Irvine)进行学术交流访问。2021年入选长安大学“长安学者”人才计划“青年学术骨干”，2022年入选陕西省科协青年人才托举计划。曾获陕西省高等学校科学技术奖一等奖、二等奖各1项，陕西省数学会青年优秀论文二等奖、陕西省工业与应用数学会青年优秀论文三等奖。
