Zhu Qian was born in1987, from Shandong Province. In June 2014, she obtained his PhD degree in Structural Engineering from Chang'an University. Now she is ateacher in Civil Engineering School of Chang'an university. Her research interests mainly include seismic design and strength theory. Dr. Zhu has authored more than 12 journal and conference papers.
