Director of the Department of water supply and drainage science and engineering, School of construction and engineering, Chang'an University, doctor of engineering, associate professor, master director, visiting scholar of the University of Toronto, Canada (2015-2016), 10 years of design experience in national large-scale class a design institute, national survey and design registered equipment (water supply and drainage) engineer, President of the Institute of environmental engineering, Chang'an University, He also serves as the deputy chief engineer of Xi'an Chang'an University engineering design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. Compile the national 12th Five Year Plan teaching materials building water supply and drainage (deputy editor in chief), water supply and drainage computer application (deputy editor in chief), and participate in the compilation of the national industry standard technical specification for town (township) and village water supply engineering (cjj123-2008) and 6 Shaanxi local standards. Presided over the project of national key R & D plan and the sub project of rural safe drinking water project of national Eleventh Five Year Plan and Twelfth Five Year Plan science and technology support project, prepared the planning and guide of rural water supply engineering, and participated in the compilation of design atlas of rural water supply engineering. He has presided over more than 40 scientific research projects such as national major scientific and technological R & D projects, and has published more than 50 core journals and above papers related to water pollution control technology, sponge city and rainwater management, including more than 20 SCI high-level papers and 4 EI searches. Obtained 2 patents for the first adult invention and participated in more than 10; It has won 5 second and third prizes of excellent design in Shaanxi Province and 2 scientific and technological awards related to comprehensive pipe gallery and sponge city.
