Yang Fei, born in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, Doctor of Engineering, lecturer and master supervisor of Chang'an University. In July 2011, he graduated from Chang'an University with a bachelor’s degree in Road, Bridge and River Crossing Engineering. In June 2014, he graduated from Chang'an University with a master’s degree in Bridge and Tunnel Engineering. In January 2021, he graduated from Tongji University with a Doctor's degree in Civil engineering. During the period of doctoral study, funded by the China Scholarship Council, he worked as a visiting scholar in the Section of Steel and Composite Structures, Department of Engineering Structure, Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands, from September 2018 to October 2020. At present, he is mainly engaged in the teaching and research work of steel structures and steel-concrete composite structures. He published more than 30 papers and chaired 1 project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
