Chaogang Qin, male, Han nationality, born in April 1989, from Weinan, Shaanxi, doctor of engineering, postdoctoral, lecturer. Mainly engaged in the research on the seismic performance and design of precast concrete structures, the seismic structure technology and design theory of self-insulating block masonry structures, and the research on the earthquake disaster mechanism of complex industrial structures. Presided over National Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund Projects, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation General Projects, Fundamental Research Funding Projects for Central Universities, and Xi’an Construction Science and Technology Plan Projects. Published more than 10 papers, including 7 SCI and EI retrievals; Authorized 8 national patents; Won the first prize of the 2017 Shaanxi Science and Technology Progress Award, Shaanxi Province; The first prize of the 4th Graduate Innovation Achievement Exhibition.
