个人简介
1981年11月生,陕西省“百人计划”特聘教授,长安大学环境科学与工程学院教授,博士生导师,硕士生导师,日本京都大学工学博士。2012年至2016年分别在日本京都大学防灾研究所担任JSPS外国人特别研究员和联合国大学担任博士后研究员,在城市水利工程和水环境领域取得了突出的研究成果。现已发表学术论文38篇,其中SCI收录19篇,EI收录2篇,ISTP检索2篇,其他同行评审杂志文章7篇,国际会议文章8篇;并以第一作者和通信作者身份在Hydrology and Earth System Sciences,Environmental Science & Policy,Computer & Geosciences,Chemosphere,Journal of Enviromental Monitoring 等国际期刊上发表高水平的论文8篇以上,在城市防洪、变化条件下水循环模拟等方面有了创新成果。学术成就和研究成果受到主流科学媒体的引用,包括Hydrology and Earth System Sciences (HESS), Science of The Total Environment 等杂志并得到很高的学术评价。受邀到牛津大学、中国科学院、美国加州大学进行短期学术访问和交流。曾参与和组织多届International Conference on Sustainable Future for Human Security会议,担任分会主席,组织召开分会和会议讨论,并被邀请在会上作报告;同时还担任Journal of Geological Resource and Engineering 国际期刊编委及Journal of Hydrology,Plos ONE等多家国际期刊的审稿人;参加由联合国教科文组织国际水文项目组织的多次国际水文项目培训课程,同时在埃及的 Cairo, Aswan, Tanta等地开展野外科学考察。
