个人简介席江波,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,CSIG视觉传感专委会委员。2008年在吉林大学电子科学与工程学院获得学士学位,2017年9月博士毕业于中国科学院大学信号与信息处理专业(硕博连读),其中,2015年4月至2017年4月(2年)国家公派赴美国普渡大学(Purdue University)电子与计算机工程系博士联合培养。主要研究方向为图像处理,遥感影像智能分析,目标检测,机器学习等。在相关领域已发表SCI及EI检索学术论文30余篇(第一作者及通信作者18篇),第一发明人申请发明专利10项(已授权发明专利3项)。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、地理信息工程国家重点实验室开放基金、中央高校基金各1项,主持完成国家留学基金委项目1项,参与国家重点研发项目、自然科学基金面上项目、中央高校等项目多项、参与完成国家863课题2项。曾获中国科学院院长优秀奖,朱李月华优秀博士生奖。指导学生参加2018-2021年测绘论文大赛、北斗杯、互联网+、电子商务三创赛、航天天绘高分应用方案大赛等比赛获得全国及省级奖13项,校级奖12项。指导2018-2021届共16人本科毕业设计:14人优秀(3人获长安大学校优毕业设计论文),2人良好。获2018年毕业设计优秀指导教师。 社会职务中国图象图形学学会视觉传感专委会委员; 《无人系统技术》期刊青年编委; 国际学术期刊IEEE Transactions on Neural Network and Learning Systems,Remote Sensing,IEEE Access,Applied Opitcs,Sensors,Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing,International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health,Applied Sciences审稿人;《无人系统技术》期刊审稿人。 研究领域图像处理,遥感影像智能分析,机器学习及深度学习,目标检测及跟踪 开授课程本科生课程:数字图像处理,虚拟现实技术,MATLAB程序设计 研究生课程:机器学习理论及应用 科研项目1.基于多级宽度学习的弱小运动目标智能化并行实时检测,国家自然科学基础研究计划项目(青年),2019/01-2021/12,22万,在研,主持。
