个人简介

李振洪,博士、博士生导师,长安大学特聘教授,地质工程与测绘学院院长,西部矿产资源与地质工程教育部重点实验室主任陕西省科技创新团队负责人,国家自然基金委川藏铁路重大专项项目首席科学家科技部国家重点研发项目首席科学家。

李振洪教授主要从事卫星大地测量与遥感技术(含SAR/InSARGNSS)及其在地质灾害、环境变化监测和精准农业方面应用的研究。

1997年原武汉测绘科技大学(现武汉大学)获大地测量专业学士学位,2005年初获英国伦敦大学学院卫星大地测量与遥感方向哲学博士学位。2008-2014英国格拉斯哥大学讲师/高级讲师,2014-2020英国纽卡斯尔大学工程学院影像大地测量教授。2010-2012美国航空航天局(NASA) 喷气动力实验室(JPL) 访问科学家,2015-2017武汉大学地球空间信息技术协同创新中心客座研究员。

李振洪教授现为国际大地测量协会会士,英国皇家天文学会会士,英国遥感与空间摄影学会会士,电气和电子工程师协会高级会员。

李振洪教授现已出版编著1部,发表SCI论文140余篇(其中WoS高被引论文5篇)。


社会职务

李振洪教授现担任欧洲遥感实验室协会(EARSeL) Radar特别兴趣组副主席(2016-2020,国际摄影测量与遥感协会(ISPRS) 微波遥感工作组(WG III/2) 副主席(2016-2020);曾担任国际大地测量学会(IAG) SC4.4 委员会主席(2011-2015),英国自然科学研究基金会地球物理和大地测量设施专业委员会委员(2010-2016)。

李振洪教授现任国际期刊《Remote Sensing》责任副主编和《Advance in Space Research》副主编,以及《Remote Sensing》、《Sensors》和《Tectonophysics》等共十几个专刊的客座主编和多个其它国际期刊的编委

科技成果

李振洪教授领导的影像大地测量团队在对地观测(Earth observation)研究领域做了多项开创性的工作:

(i)    开发了多个大气改正模型用于改正卫星雷达信号中大气(尤其是大气水汽)延迟影响,从而将卫星影像重复轨道干涉测量(InSAR)的地表形变量从厘米级提高到亚厘米级精度;201766日公布了通用型的大气改正模型(GACOS),可在全球任何地区任何时间应用,增强了InSAR技术的可靠性及其应用范围;GACOS目前已经成为InSAR领域一个通用型的大气改正工具。

(ii)   20173月与中国空间技术研究院(中国航天科技集团公司五院)同仁一道,首次实现了高分三号卫星SAR影像干涉测量,这也是我国民用雷达卫星影像首次干涉测量。

(iii)  作为国际上第一个利用卫星雷达技术的InSAR研究团队,对2010年青海玉树地震做了快速反应,将研究成果应用到了减灾中;并先后研究了2007苏门答腊,2008年汶川,2011土耳其凡城和2015尼泊尔等地震,也深入研究了三峡库区和四川地区多个地质滑坡,为地质灾害的监测及其机理的研究做了一些工作。李振洪教授团队对2017624日茂县滑坡的快速反应应用于前线减灾行动,受到联合国减少灾害风险办事处(UNISDR)欧洲空间局,China Daily等机构报道。

(iv)  利用卫星雷达技术研究了多个地区的地面沉降,包括北京,天津,西安,上海,深圳,杭州和江苏苏锡常。其中201662日正式发表的北京地面沉降的成果受到了社会的广泛关注,包含《新华社》,《卫报》和《洛杉矶时报》在内的20多家全球主要媒体进行了追踪报道。
