个人简介

国家级高层次人才,长安大学二级教授,博士生导师。

从事复杂山区地质灾害防治研究,擅长人类工程活动扰动和水动力滑坡灾害防治以及复杂地下工程围岩稳定控制的理论与技术。主持国家自然科学基金7项(含联合重点项目1项和面上项目5项)。获省部级特等、一等奖5项,其中:以第一完成人获河北省科技进步一等奖2项,以第二完成人获中国岩石力学与工程学会自然科学特等奖1项。发表SCI论文100余篇,出版专著及教材共7部,获2015年度领域权威期刊Landslides最佳论文奖(每年仅1篇,国内学者首次),多次入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者和全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。参编行业/地方标准3部,授权发明专利60余项,20余项已技术转化并成功应用。研究成果在水电、矿山及交通等领域地质灾害防治的应用成效斐然。

近年主要攻关方向:

1)高位崩/滑灾害链的断链减灾理论与技术:仪器研发;高原冰岩崩-碎屑流;韧性减灾。

2)黄土隧道/滑坡治理新技术:新型锚固增强结构与材料;多维度排水-固坡-生态一体化。

3)极端环境重大崩滑灾害机理与预测预警:高寒、高烈度、强降雨、大开挖等高边坡与大型古滑坡。

建立了强卸荷扰动岩体高边坡破坏机制与强度理论体系,揭示了高边坡岩体裂隙三维扩展与贯通破坏演化模式,提出了峡谷高边坡深层倾倒的成因机制与稳定性评价方法体系,提出岩体高边坡破裂监测识别方法体系,建立了高寒地区露天矿山大规模开采高边坡冻融-振动耦合灾变机制,发明了高寒地区岩体裂隙防冻胀防渗轻型高塑性充填材料。破解了锦屏一级水电站深部卸荷裂隙的成因机制,为锦屏、苗尾等十余个水电站枢纽区高边坡和内蒙白云鄂博露天铁矿等多个矿山高边坡稳定性评价及加固设计提供了理论与技术支撑。相关研究成果“裂隙岩体高边坡灾害防控关键理论、方法与技术及应用”获2020年度河北省科技进步一等奖(排名第一),“高应力环境下岩石高边坡卸荷破坏机理及稳定性评价基础理论”获2018年度中国岩石力学与工程学会自然科学特等奖(排名第二)

2)水力驱动型滑坡安全评价与绿色治理关键理论与技术

丰富了水电库区古滑坡复活的库水-地质耦合控制机制及考虑渗流-浮托主控性的稳定性计算方法,提出水动力间歇性复活型古滑坡预测预警的变形“跳跃”段速率、加速度、幅度累积效应方法体系,创新了水的侵蚀-软化物理化学机制和离散元数值模拟方法,发明了浅埋柔性生态排水沟、透水生态挡土墙、集排水型抗滑桩等--深多维度排水-抗滑一体化水动力型滑坡绿色治理技术,发明了自平衡格构抛石等岸坡生态防护技术。为三峡库区巫山、奉节、万州等地约20余个滑坡和杭温铁路、京秦高速等十余条交通线路滑坡安全评价与绿色治理提供了重要的理论与技术支撑。相关研究成果“重大工程水力驱动型滑坡智能管控与绿色治理关键技术”获2023年度河北省科技进步一等奖(排名第一)
