Graduated from Department of Automation, Southeast University in 1995 with a bachelor's degree. In 2008, graduated from School of Automation, Southeast University, majoring in Control Theory and Control Engineering. From March 2019 to April 2020, as a visiting scholar, he studied in the Department of Vehicle Engineering, Clemson University and the International Automobile Research Center.

Mainly engaged in the research and application of Intelligent Optimization Algorithm, Intelligent Transportation System, Human- robot Collaboration (HRC) and Transportation System Informatization. He has undertaken and participated in many projects and published more than 10 papers in domestic core journals and influential international conferences. He was awarded the third prize of Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Award in 2017 and the Most Satisfied Teacher of Chang'an University in 2014 .
