Zhi-Li He, was born in Xinzhou, ShanXi Province, China, in 1986. She received her B.A. in Electric & Information Engineering from XiDianUniversity, Xi’an, China, in 2003. Since 2007, she was a postgraduate student with Combined Master and Doctor Graduate Program. She received the Ph.D. degree in Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology from XiDianUniversity, Xi’an, China, in June 2012. Her adviser is professor Chang-Hong Liang. She has been a lecturer in School of Information Engineering, Chang'an University since July 2012.

Her current research interests are mainly in computational electromagnetics and parallel algorithm.
