Resume

Yang Gao, male, born in 1982, is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at Chang'an University. He serves as the director of the Intelligent Vehicles Department and the chairman of the Automobile College's labor union. In July 2003, he obtained a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, and Automation from Nanchang University of Aeronautics. In July 2006, he earned a master's degree in Electrical Theory and New Technology from Northwestern Polytechnical University. In April 2011, he obtained a doctoral degree in Mechanical Electronic Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University. From 2017 to 2018, he conducted research as a visiting scholar at the University of Illinois at Chicago, USA.

His research areas include navigation technology, positioning and mapping technology, robotics, computer control technology, artificial intelligence, logistics engineering technology, and other related fields. In recent years, he has published over ten papers in domestic and international academic journals, with several being indexed by EI and SCI. He holds six patents, including three invention patents. He has led one sub-project of the National Key Research and Development Program, one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth Fund), and two projects supported by the Natural Science Foundation of Shaanxi Province. Additionally, he has participated in multiple national and provincial projects, including the National 863 Program, and contributed to various interdisciplinary projects.
