个人简介

沈浩,长安大学讲师,博士毕业于西北工业大学,主要从事氧化物半导体及其复合材料的可控制备及光电特性、微波吸收特性等方面的研究。攻读博士学位期间,受国家留学基金委(CSC)资助赴美国犹他大学材料科学与工程系进行联合培养和访学,开展高质量的氧化镓薄膜的可控制备及其在深紫外光探测器领域的应用研究。主持陕西省自然科学基础研究项目1项、中央高校基本科研优秀博士项目1项,作为骨干成员参与国家级自然科学项目2项。在国内外重要学术期刊共发表SCI论文16篇,其中第一作者论文5篇(包括1ESI高被引论文),被引用次数达到420次。
