ResumeDr. Luo is a full associate professor in geotechnical engineering, school of Civil Engineering. She obtained her Ph.D. from the Department of Geological Engineering of Chang’an University majoring in Geological Engineering. From July 2000 to December 2004, she served as an assistant professor in the Department of architectural engineering, School of storage, transportation and architectural engineering, China University of Petroleum (East China); From December 2004 to November 2009, she served as an assistant professor in the School of Civil Engineering of Chang'an University, and she has been an associate professor since November 2009. In recent years, she has been engaged in teaching and research projects in slope (Landslide) engineering, and has presided over and completed 2 projects sponsored by National Natural Science Foundation and 5 other important slope (landslide) projects.
She mainly engages in the teaching and researching of geotechnical Engineering and Slope (Landslide) Engineering. She also lectures on ‘Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering’ and ‘Engineering Geology’ for undergraduate student.
