Wang Jinglve, Ph.D., graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University with a doctoral degree in Management Science and Engineering. His research focuses on innovation management and green engineering technology management, with particular interest in the intersection of technological innovation, sustainable development, and complex system governance.

He has published multiple academic papers in leading SSCI, SCI, and CSSCI journals such as Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Technology Analysis & Strategic Management, and Studies in Science of Science. Dr. Wang has presided over several provincial and ministerial research projects, including the Youth Project of the Shaanxi Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Research Special Fund, the Annual Project of the Shaanxi Social Science Fund, the Shaanxi Postdoctoral Research Project, and the Soft Science Project of the Innovation Capability Support Plan.

He has also participated in several national and regional collaborative projects, such as the National Social Science Fund Key Project “Comparative Study on National Complex Product Production Capacity,” the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Project “Cooperation Behavior and Incentive Mechanism of Large Complex Project Teams,” and the China–ASEAN Regional Development Collaborative Innovation Center Project “Risk Prevention Strategies for China’s Railway Expansion toward ASEAN.”

In terms of industry–academia collaboration, Dr. Wang has been deeply involved in major national infrastructure projects, including the “New Lanzhou–Xinjiang Railway Second Double Line (Xinjiang Section)” and the “Lhasa–Rikaze Railway Project,” as well as the development of the “Comprehensive Management and Control System for the Sichuan–Tibet Power Transmission Project.” These experiences have provided him with substantial practical expertise in system engineering governance and technological innovation management.
