Resume
I am Jie Chen, a Professor and a recipient of the national Yangtze River Yong Scholar award at Chang’an University, China, where I also serve as the Associate Director for Academic Affairs at the National Key Laboratory of Loess Science (Chang’an University). My research focuses on groundwater sustainability in arid regions, specifically investigating water sustainability in arid regions, surface water-groundwater interaction, and hydrogeochemistry & health risk through field-based investigation, monitoring, and numerical modeling.
