Dr.Peng is a full professor in road engineering, He obtained his Ph.D from Chang’an University.He is the leader of the Research Office of road structure and material performance, the degree evaluation expert of the degree and graduate education development center of the Ministry of education, and the national science and technology project evaluation expert.He is a reviewer of periodicals such as ”ASTM”,” China Journal of Highway and Transport”,”Journal of Highway and Transportation Research and Development”,” Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering”,”Journal of China & Foreign Highway”.

Technological Achievements

Professor Peng published more than 70 papers and more than 30 articles were searched by SCI, EI, CA and ISTP. He edited two monograph and graduate teaching material, asphalt mixture material composition and characteristics.
