ResumeLiu Lingjia, female, professor, born in July 1963. In July 1985, she graduated from Lanzhou Railway College (now Lanzhou Jiaotong University) with a bachelor's degree in railway engineering. In 1998, she obtained a master's degree in bridge and tunnel engineering from Chang'an University and graduated in 2001 with a master's degree in engineering .In 2002, she obtained a doctoral degree from Chang'an University and graduated in 2007 with a doctorate in engineering. From July 1985 to September 2002, she was engaged in bridge survey and design work at the First Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Railways (now China Railway First Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd.), she has participated in the design work of eight major railway lines, six railway special lines, urban road bridges and highway bridges, etc.Since 1994, she has served as deputy director of the Bridge Design Office of Xi'an Branch; in 1996, she was assessed as a senior engineer of the bridge; in 2000, she was admitted to the first-level registered structural engineer of the People's Republic of China. In February 2003, she stayed at the school (Chang'an University) and has been teaching and researching. In 2007, she obtained the certificate of Highway Engineering Inspection Engineer (Bridge) of the Ministry of Communications; in 2009, she was assessed as a professor.
