Dr. Liu Jianlong, Postdoctoral Fellow and Master’s Supervisor, specializes in cold-region geotechnics and underground engineering. He obtained his PhD from Central South University in December 2022, with joint training at the University of Alberta, Canada. Dr. Liu has led four research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), China Postdoctoral Fund, and the Shaanxi Provincial Postdoctoral Fund. He has also contributed to three national-level research initiatives, such as the National Key R&D Program and NSFC Key Projects. Dr. Liu has published more than ten papers in leading journals, including Géotechnique, Acta Geotechnica, and Chinese Journal of Geotechnical Engineering. 

He serves as a Youth Editorial Board Member for the Journal of Chang'an University (Natural Science) and is a regular reviewer for journals like Cold Regions Science and Technology. Dr. Liu maintains long-standing collaborations with renowned research institutions such as the University of Sydney, University of Alberta, RMIT University, and the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna.
