Resume

        Dr.LUO has been engaged in teaching and related scientific research works of tunnel engineering, He is a specialist in submerged floating tunnels (SFT) and highway tunnels. The main research interests include tunneling construction ventilation, tunnel control blasting and tunnel detection, monitoring technology, etc. He had published more than 20 academic papers in important domestic and international academic journals, including the Journal of Vibration and Shock, Polish Marine Research, Chinese Journal of the highway, Journal of Southwest Jiaotong University, Journal of Chang'an University, etc.

(1) Research on blast load response and dynamic hazards of suspended tunnels in water.

(2) Research on controlled blasting and light-surface blasting technology for tunnels in complex environments.

(3) Research on construction ventilation technology for extra-long tunnels and underground projects in complex environments.

(4) Intelligent monitoring and inspection technology for tunnels and underground engineering.

   In the past 5 years, it has undertaken the project HST-TJ06/07 of the Shaoxing Jinhua section of the Hang Shaotai Expressway Project, the Minhe (Ganqing border) to Xiaoxia (Ping'an) Highway in Qinghai Province, the first phase of the Lhasa-Rhikaze Expressway, the G310 Qinzhou-Gangu-Wushan section of the highway, the Yalai Township to Friendship Bridge section of the National Highway 318 Highway, the G306 Provincial Highway Cui Mu to Lingyou County section of the highway, the Yan'an Eastern Bypass Expressway The contract amounted to RMB 10 million for tunnel monitoring and testing technical services.
