高恬溪，博士，副教授，机器人工程系副主任。2015年获西安交通大学工学博士学位，其中在2013.12~2014.12期间，受国家留学基金委员会的资助赴美国佐治亚理工学院进行为期一年的联合培养，2016年至长安大学电控学院任专职教师。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，陕西省自然科学基金项目1项，中央高校基金基础研究项目1项；参加完成包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、陕西省自然科学基金等课题数项，发表论文15篇（其中JCR二区4篇），授权国家发明专利2项。
