Research Topics: enhanced oil recovery (EOR) and production chemistry, multiphase flow in porous media, and reservoir numerical simulation. Research Achievements: As the principal investigator, I have led 1 NSFC Young Scientists Fund project, 2 projects from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (provincial/ministerial level), 1 general project from the Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation (provincial/ministerial level), 1 project from PetroChina Daqing Oilfield, 1 project from PetroChina Changqing Oilfield, 1 university-industry collaborative project, and 3 projects funded by the Central University Basic Research Fund. My research findings have been published in prestigious domestic and international journals, including Fuel, Energy & Fuels, Journal of Petroleum Science and Engineering, Petroleum Science and Technology, Oilfield Chemistry, Fault-Block Oil & Gas Field, and Science, Technology and Engineering. I have published over 20 SCI papers, applied for 10 national invention patents (7 granted). Teaching Achievements: I have chaired 2 university-level educational reform and construction projects and served as the course leader for 3 English graduate courses. I have authored 1 monograph and 1 undergraduate textbook as the first author, and co-authored 1 English textbook as the third author.
